Our bike mechanics, bikers themselves, are familiar with all the various parts of the bicycle and are constantly kept up to date with all the new components emerging on the market.

Apart from the repair and after sales services we provide, each bike sold at VO2MAX is entitled to a free 42 point check within 60 days of its purchase. During this check, the bike will be thoroughly inspected , tightened, tuned, and greased, and so, will be ready for a long maintenance free period of use.

VO2MAX advises all its customers to bring the bike in for a quick inspection at least once a year. If the bike is being used aggressively on rough terrain, it should be inspected more often. Furthermore, if, as a result of rough riding the bike feels loose or makes unusual noises, it is strongly advised to bring it in for inspection before the problem worsens and becomes irreparable or causes injury.
